Maintenance services

We will provide regular checks throughout the winter to ensure your property remains in the condition you left it in. This service includes:

• A monthly report sent to you by email to explain how your property is fairing during your absence.
• If bad storms occur extra checks will be carried out to give you further peace of mind.
• Problem detection. If our team detect a problem a report with pictures where possible, will be sent to you with a quote to rectify the problem.

General maintenance checks on the properties utility systems such as:

• Air-condition units
• Solar panelling
• Main electrical goods
• Smoke Alarms

 Utility systems will be checked in April, unless the client request otherwise, to prepare your property for the start of the summer season.

• A 24-hour emergency helpline number will be provided to all of our clients, which adopt this service.
• Key holding service included, Only company members will be able to gain access to the keys.

To ensure security, key holding services will only be provided for the services supplied by us as we cannot be responsible for handing keys to outside agencies.
